How to open a new account

Opening Account Process 

Thank you for your interest in Carolina Florist Supply.

You will find instructions to submit the documentation to open your account. Once we approve the documents you can start doing business with us and placing orders on our website

You can place your orders as a:

       ·       Retail Customer (Retail Account)

o   You will have access to your purchase history and promotions.

o   If you don’t want to open a Retail Account, you can go directly to the cart and purchase your products as a guest. (This step is optional.)

 

       ·         Wholesaler customer (Business Account)

o   As a wholesale customer you will have access to preferential prices, promotions, new products, and delivery within our area route in South Carolina upstate or shipping outside of our delivery area.

o   You have to send us your Resale Certificate , W9  forms (Business Licence/Retail Certificate is required) . We will provide this access upon submission of the required documents.

Retail Customer (Retail Account) Information

Wholesaler Customer (Business Account)

For you to purchase from the wholesale side of our website, we require 2 forms of information:

–Resale Certificate.  (obligatory)

– W9 (Obligatory)

-Business License/ Retail Certification (Obligatory)

You can download the form at the bottom of the website.

Please fill out and return by email to info@carolinafloristsupply.com  , mail or in person. 

If you are outside ofthe state of South Carolina and have a business license you may still purchase,
but we will need a copy of your state business license.

If you do not have a business license or resale tax number, you can still purchase from our Retail website.

Once you submit your information and the account has been approved, you can open your Business Account in 3 easy steps and less than 5 minutes !

Document Check List 

Document	Wholesale Customer (Business Account)
W9 (Obligatory)	Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification (Please find the attached document below)
	You need to request your Tax ID from the IRS. Please check the instructions on www.irs.gov
Resale Certification (Obligatory)	State of South Carolina Department of Revenue Resale Certificate (Please find the attached document below)
	This document certifies that you are purchasing to resell the product. South Carolina Sales Tax 7% will be waived when this information is provided to us.
Business License/ Retail certification (Obligatory)	To access preferred pricing on business accounts, we require your business license or retail certificate. If you do not have a business license or resale tax identification number, you may purchase from our retail website.
