Opening Account Process
Thank you for your interest in Carolina Florist Supply.
You will find instructions on how to submit the documentation to open your account. Once we approve the documents, you can start doing business with us.
You can place your orders in the following ways:
- Submit an email to ksimpson@carolinafloristsupply.com
- Call the store 864-226-8806
- Call your route salesperson
Wholesale customer (Business Account)
- As a wholesale customer, you will have access to prices, promotions, new products, and delivery within our coverage area in Upstate SC our delivery area.
You will be required to provide the following 3 forms.
–Resale Certificate. (required)
– W9 (required)
-Business License/ Retail Certification (required)

Please fill out and return by email to ksimpson@carolinafloristsupply.com or in person.
If you are outside of the state of South Carolina and have a business license, you may still purchase. We will need a copy of your state business license, and you will be required to pay SC sales tax.
Once you submit your information and the account has been approved, you can open your Business Account in 3 easy steps and less than 5 minutes !
