Refund Policy

Refund policy applies to florist supplies (hard goods) only.All our products are inspected and checked to ensure that they are delivered in good conditions before shipping.
If you want to present a claim for a specific item, it must be in the same condition as received. If the product has any alteration, it will not be accepted.
All hard supplies may be returned within 5 days of delivery and shipping cost must be paid by the customer. There is no refund for shipping cost.

Fresh Flowers:
Pickup and delivery: Credits within the 48 hours guarantee. Please call us for any concern about your flowers.
Shipping: No shipping outside our local area for the moment.

 

Shipping Policy

Once you send us your order we will check the best rate for you between USPS, UPS, FedEx and send you the information with the EDT (Estimate Delivery Time).

Flower supplies or hard good usually ship out within 1 to 2 days from our warehouse.

During high volume holidays for special season, processing time may take longer than 2 days.

Once the product has been shipped you will receive the tracking number by email.
