What is the Floral Advantage Loyalty Program?
The Floral Advantage Loyalty Program is an initiative by Carolina Florist Supply. As a member, you earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for products. The more you buy, the more points you accumulate!
Who is eligible to join the program?
Anyone with a Business Account with us is eligible. Simply fill out the registration form available at the top of our website.
If you don’t have a business account yet, you can find instructions at the bottom of the website or email us at info@carolinafloristsupply.com, and we will send you the registration forms.
Retail customers purchasing products from our warehouse can also request a Loyalty Card.
Customers with a Business Account are not eligible for a Retail Loyalty Card
Is there a fee to join the Floral Advantage Reward Program?
The program is completely free! You can join by simply completing the registration form on our website or with your Sales Representative.
What is the purpose of the program?
At Carolina Florist Supply, we want to show our appreciation for your continued business. This program is our way of acknowledging and valuing your loyalty.
How can I earn points?
You can earn 1 point for every $300 spent. 1 point = $1 in benefits.
Are all products eligible to earn and redeem points?
Points can be redeemed on any product, except for sale items, discounted products, and vases.
Do points have an expiration date?
Yes, Points will be calculated through December 15th and must be redeemed by December 30th.
How can I know how many points I have?
We will calculate your points monthly, and your sales representative will provide you with a monthly report the first week of each month.

Your information is kept strictly confidential and used only for internal purposes. We do not share or sell your information. For more details, please refer to our privacy policies on our website.
Can I earn points with the Holex program?
Yes, any purchase made through the Holex program is eligible to earn points.
Can I transfer my points?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be used with your Business Account.
Can I redeem points if I have a payment account with Carolina Florist Supply?
To qualify for and redeem points, your account must be in good standing and you must be authorized to place orders.
Can I pay my balance with points?
Points cannot be used to pay off outstanding balances.
Can I redeem points at any time during the year?
No, there are two exceptions. Points cannot be redeemed during the 3 weeks prior to Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Don’t worry about that, you continue accumulating points!
